In the event of an emergency, Please call 911. To file report of domestic abuse, contact the Provost Marshal's Office at 830-6800 and the on-call advocate will be notified. For medical attention, please contact the Emergency Room at 830-2354. For incidents that do not require immediate police, medical attention or you do not want the incident reported, contact the Victim Advocates' office at (760) 830-4314 or after hours (760) 401-2632 or (760) 401 -2659.

Family, marital and personal counseling
Counseling Services provides “OPEN DOOR COUNSELING” EACH MONDAY evening from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Drop in for counseling and information WITHOUT HAVING TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK! This service is offered to Marines and Sailors (single or married) and their spouses who my want some brief counseling regarding a personal or marital issue. Also available will be information about other help programs aboard the base. Licensed marriage and family therapists will be available for counseling.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING CENTER (SACC)

SACC provides services for issues pertaining to alcohol and drug use, abuse, and dependence. These services include prevention, education, screenings, and assessments. Prevention and education provides information about making good choices about alcohol use and misuse. Screenings and assessments are conducted in order to provide Marines with the appropriate care and treatment. Any marine, dependent, or retirees with concerns about their relationship with alcohol are invited to visit the SACC in order to get information or answers to any questions they may have.

NEW PARENT SUPPORT PROGRAM (NPSP)

The New Parent Support program is a professional team of nurses and social workers who provide supportive and caring services to military families with children ages five and under. The team does this through home visitation services, support groups, parenting and prenatal classes.
Daddys Baby Boot Camp and Mommys Basic Training are classes for expectant military parents and parents with children under the age of one.
