.:Summary of Duties:.Serves as an instructor responsible for the direct delivery of training programs in a business environment. Responsible for designing new, or revising current courses and developing performance measures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the MCCS training program. Researches, plans and develops course materials that are technically and procedurally sound and in accordance with prescribed course framework such as; study guides, visual aids, simulations, written tests, training aids, and course outlines. Organizes, illustrates, interprets and adapts instructional material as required to reach and motivate employees.
