.:Price Match Guarantee:.
All MCXs shall adhere to one standardized Price match Guarantee program. This program guarantees that the MCX shall match any competitor’s current, locally advertised price on any identical item sold by any MCX or local competitor.
The program also includes a 14 day Price Match Guarantee on any item purchased from any MCX and subsequently sold at a lower price by a MCX or local competitor.
Due to the fact that MCAGCC is a remote and isolated base, the local market area is defined from MCAGCC to the Palm Desert area. Click here to learn more.
.:Layaway Policy:.
- Layaways are initiated at any register throughout the store for a non-refundable fee of $5.00 per transaction. Any cancellation will incur an additional $5.00 fee to be deducted from balance paid.
- The Customer Service Department will process payments and cancellations of all layaways.
- Only items of $250.00 or more may be put on layaway.
- All Men’s, Ladies and Children’s Clothing, shoes, accessories and seasonal items (not limited to fashion) including Coach, Dooney & Bourke and Brighton are excluded from layaway eligibility.
- All layaways are subject to approval and/or cancellation at the discretion of the store manager.
- Markdowns incurred to the product during the course of the layaway will not be honored. The original price at the time of the layaway is the final sale price.
- All layaways must be picked up at WILL CALL which is located behind this Main Exchange.
- MCCS reserves the right to cancel any layaway that is more than 30 days delinquent.
- CANCELLATION: Customer will receive any refund due by check via USPS in 3 to 4 weeks. Amount will include deposits, payments minus fees.
